Los Angeles

Day 1: arrival and first impressions

At last, I'm in Los Angeles. The Californian sun greets me as soon as I leave the airport. I head to Hollywood to drop off my bags at the hotel. Late in the afternoon, I stroll along the Walk Of Fame. Seeing the stars of the celebrities makes me feel like I’m in a movie. My first dinner is in a small Mexican restaurant: homemade guacamole and delicious tacos.

Day 2: visiting studios and stars.

This morning, I’m visiting Universal Studios: a waking dream. The behind-the-scenes tour takes me behind-the-scene of great Americans films. I get thrills with rides inspired by Jurassic World
and Harry Potter.
In the afternoon, I climb up to the Griffith Observatory for a breathtaking view of the city and the famous « Hollywood » sign.

Day 3: Seaside and relaxation.

In the Santa Monica area, I stroll along the pier, watching the street artists and skaters of Venice beach. The atmosphere is relaxed and bohemian. I get a little lost in the day; a magical/breathtaking sunset over the Pacific Ocean leaves me speechless.

Day 4: The last moments before leaving.

The last day comes too quickly. I take the time to stroll through the streets of Beverly Hills, admiring the luxurious villas. One last detour to Rodeo Drive for some souvenirs. Before leaving, I treat myself to a smoothie in the sun, trying to carve each moment into my memory.

In conclusion, Los Angeles is a city of a thousand faces, glamorous, creative and vibrant. An unforgettable trip that made me want to go back very soon.
